In what situations do we process your personal data?

We process data on the website www.lindr.cz, if you contact us, if you want us to advise you in our Advisory Centre, or if you are interested in employment with us.

We then process your data on the website of our e-shop, when you set up your user account, order goods from us, subscribe to our newsletter, or if you want to contact us.

We also use cookies on both our sites to provide a better user experience, you can find out more information about them here.

For what purposes do we process personal data?

A) E-shop orders

We process the personal data that you provide to us in the order. Specifically, these are: first name, surname, age, e-mail address, telephone number, company reg. No./tax No., address/registered office, payment data, order data, and any other personal data that you provide when ordering.

We need to process this personal data in order to process your order, inform you of its status, deliver the ordered goods to you, and settle any complaints. This processing is therefore necessary for the performance of the contract, in addition to which we process this data in order to record the contract, and in the event that a dispute arises between us.

For these reasons we process the said personal data for a period of 10 years from the implementation of the last part of the contract, unless another legal regulation requires us to keep contractual documentation for a longer period. This processing is necessary to fulfil our statutory obligations and for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

Since placing an order makes you our customer, we might send you news now and then to your e-mail address, letting you know about the new products and events we are planning. Of course, you can say no to receiving these e-mails. This procedure is allowed under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Sb., on information society services. You can refuse to receive these communications at any time in any way – for example by sending an e-mail to info@lindr.cz or by clicking on a link in the e-mail (commercial communication).

B) E-shop user accounts

If you are interested in setting up a user account, we need the following personal data from you: first name and surname, address, age, e-mail address, telephone number, password and login name. In addition, we will process your order history or your favourite products to make ordering as easy as possible.

We process all this data in order to manage the account and enable the order in the interface of our e-shop.

We process this data for the period of its use and for a period of 3 years from the last login, based on the consent you gave us during registration. You can take back your consent at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to info@lindr.cz or a letter to the address of our registered office.

C) Newsletter subscriptions

If you are interested in receiving news from the world of Lindr cooling and dispensing systems, and other interesting things, and you subscribe to the newsletter, we will process your e-mail address.

We will process your e-mail address so that we can send you news and commercial communications. We may process your personal data thanks to your consent, which you have given us by subscribing.

We will process personal data for these purposes for 3 years from the granting of consent, unless you extend this period.

You give your express consent to the processing granted above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending a letter, or an e-mail to the email address info@lindr.cz, or by clicking on the link in the newsletter. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop sending you newsletters.

D) Contact forms and Advisory Centre

If you need to ask us anything and you send us a message via the contact form or a question via the Advisory Centre, we will process your name and surname, e-mail address, and other information that you provide in the content of the message.

We process this personal data so that we can answer and resolve everything you have requested, for the time strictly necessary to process the communication, or for a period of 12 months, unless another law requires the retention of the communication for a longer period or unless such retention is necessary for the purposes of protecting the rights and legally protected interests of the Controller.

E) Job applicants

By sending your CV and other attachments, you voluntarily acknowledge the processing of your personal data, i.e. academic title, first name, surname, date of birth, permanent address, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, qualifications, overview of previous employment, scope and duration of work performance in individual activities (or other personal data that you have provided in the attached CV, or in the appendices), for the purposes of selecting job applicants in LINDR.CZ s.r.o.

The Controller may process personal data for the period of selecting a job applicant for a vacancy. If we do not select you this time and would like to keep your CV and other personal information provided for another time, we will ask for your consent.
